Booking and payment
Is a request sent from the website already a booking?
No. The website shows the available dates and prepares the request; the confirmation comes by phone or on WhatsApp.
How do I pay for my stay?
By bank transfer or in cash. The payment method is agreed by phone, when the booking is confirmed.
Price and what is included
What does the price include?
The stay in the chosen accommodation, with free Wi-Fi; the cleaning fee is added to the nightly rate and is already included in the total we quote. Parking, in front of the property, is public and free of charge.
What will I find on arrival?
On arrival we offer coffee, water, wine, Coca-Cola and milk.
Does the property have air conditioning?
Yes, both the studio and the apartment.
Is the property heated in winter?
Yes. Both units have underfloor heating.
Is there a water softener?
Yes. The whole villa has a water softener with chlorine release, which leaves your skin soft and smooth after showering.
Arrival and departure
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00 to 22:00, check-out from 10:00 to 10:30.
Do I need to let you know my arrival time?
Yes: please let us know in advance with a call or a WhatsApp message to +39 339 526 3013.
Children, cots and beds
From what age do children pay the adult rate?
From the age of 5.
How do I request a cot?
Mention it in your request: it is available for babies up to 1 year old, costs 5 € per night and is paid on site.
Can extra beds be added?
No, the property does not provide extra beds. The apartment sleeps 5 in two bedrooms.
Can minors stay without their parents?
No: under-18s may only stay if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Can I smoke?
No, smoking is not allowed in the property's accommodation.
Are parties allowed?
No: parties and events are not allowed, including hen and stag parties.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, from 23:00 to 08:00.
Can I bring a dog or a cat?
No, pets are not allowed.
Wi-Fi, transfers and languages
Is the Wi-Fi free?
Yes, throughout the property, with a speed of 305 Mbps.
Is there an airport transfer?
Yes, on request, to and from Trapani and Palermo airports, on arrival and departure.
