Booking conditions

These conditions apply to bookings of the accommodation presented on trapanidamare.it. Read them before confirming: by confirming the booking, you accept them.

The price

The price we quote is the total for the stay: it includes final cleaning and all mandatory costs. You pay for optional services only if you choose them.

The tourist tax is not included in the price: it is paid separately on arrival, if the Municipality applies it, in the amount set by its regulations.

How to book

1. Request availability for your dates, from the calendar or using the contact details on the website.
2. We reply in writing with the total price, the deposit and the link to these conditions.
3. The booking is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation, after payment of the deposit.

Deposit and payment

• You can pay by bank transfer or in cash.

Cancellation

If we have to cancel it, we will immediately return what you have paid, without prejudice to the protections the law grants you.

The 14-day right of withdrawal provided for by the Codice del consumo does not apply: the booking concerns accommodation for specific dates (art. 59, para. 1, letter n). The cancellation conditions set out above apply.

Arrival and departure

Arrival: from 15:00 to 22:00.

Departure: at 10:30.

On arrival, each guest shows a valid identity document: by law, we communicate their details to the police (art. 109 of the Testo unico delle leggi di pubblica sicurezza).

Only the guests named in the booking may stay in the accommodation.

Complaints and jurisdiction

To make a complaint, write to trapanidamare@gmail.com. The contract is governed by Italian law. If you book as a consumer, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the court of the place where you reside or are domiciled, if it is in Italy.
